I just wanted to post a couple pictures of my little lucky charm. He's so cute and sweet and I can't believe how much I love him already. (even when he is crying in the middle of the night) Everything is going well and we are starting to really get to know each other. Kujo is doing well and I think he is getting used to the idea that the baby is not going anywhere. The sun finally came out yesterday so we all got to go on a walk. It was nice getting out of the house after a full week of cold and rain.

I am sure the day will come, when you are tired and frustrated about having all of your time focused on little Ethan , but remember. This is a phase and it will be over before you know it. Time marches on, faster and faster with each day. Relationships build and you bond tighter and tighter with your child. It is the unselfish efforts to comfort your child that you make when you are tired that will give you the most pleasure as Ethan grows.
It has been little over a week and you are already learning so much about parenting. There are ups and downs, but with your love and compassion there will be so many more ups to come.
What a lucky little boy Ethan is.
